LINQ byELEMENTS is not responsible for damages of any kind arising out of use, or other defects to your mobile phone, laptop, computer or other electronic device for which you have bought a LINQbyELEMENTS accessory. We don’t give any warranty on damages arising out of use and other defects to your mobile phone, laptop, computer or other electronic device for which you have bought a LINQ byELEMENTS accessory.
Although we process your order with the utmost care, there is always a possibility that you will receive the wrong product. When this happens, please contact our Customer Service department info@linqconnects.com. They will provide you with further instructions.
When this has happened, please contact our Customer Service department via info@linqconnects.com. We will make sure the correct article is shipped and that you can return the incorrect product(s).
If the LINQ byELEMENTS products you received is flawed or damaged, please notify us via info@linqconnects.com.
The warranty is 2 years for all LINQ byELEMENTS hubs. This is according European guidelines.
Please notify our customer service department when the package is sent. We will refund you within 30 days after the package came back to our distribution center.
