When you shop on www.LINQbyELEMENTS.dk you have 2 years of right to claim.
We offer you either:
- The item was repaired
- The item was exchanged
- The money back
- The offer in connection with the right of complaint depends on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

We will be sending a confirmation email and information about the further process regarding your Item Complaint & Exchange.
LINQ by ELEMENTS will only send exchange/replacement once we have received the product subject for Item Complaint & Exchange.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When returning the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible as well as your order number.
Remember to send the item back in proper packaging and to receive a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Cancellation & Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 30 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
The cancellation period runs for 30 days from the day you:
- Have received your item.
- Gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different goods, which is ordered in one order and delivered individually.
- Gets the last lot or the last part in physical possession in the case of a contract for the supply of a good, consisting of several lots or parts.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notice must be given via info@LINQbyELEMENTS.dk and in your message you must clearly indicate to us your order number and that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please also use our standard cancellation form and return shipping. You will find it with your order confirmation and at the bottom of this section on trade terms.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. Remember to unpack the product nicely so that the packaging remains intact in case you want to return the product according to the right of withdrawal.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. In order to receive the full purchase price, you must do the same thing as you can in a physical store: You must try the item, but not use it for real use.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. Please inform reg.no. and Account # to which the money should be returned as it facilitates and thus speeds up the procedure.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case at the latest 30 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel the Agreement. We make such a refund immediately means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation with Reg. and account # in the bank account the money must be returned to.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@LINQbyELEMENTS.dk with order number and description of the reason for the complaint. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer domiciled outside Denmark.
